| Coming over soon and will have sterling to change - will I get a better rate of exchange through my bank (Creditwest) or will I be better off changing it at one of the shops in Girne? Many thanks |

| Banks don't like to exchange foreign currency so it's probably best to go to a Doviz Burosu. I would suggest you call into 2-3 and find the best rate. I usually use the one in the on the left in the main street after the paper shop for a decent rate. It's called Moonstar Doviz. Rate Sterling to Lire today 2.42 to Pound. |
