I read this too from the Sunday Times, people have to be very careful what they post on facebook/similar internet pages, lots of people have been sacked in the UK or not hired as potential employers check their facebook profiles, it seems big brother is out there!!!

Miltiades had better watch his mouth from now on....he works as a company director in London.....can't do much work if he is doing "porridge" for cyber threats and defamation(yes I know he wouldn't get a custodial sentence for a civil offence!).....but the cyber threats are there for all to see.

Tamand , i was blocked when i challenged Greg on a number of points ,i have been blocked for months ,( how is that for defending yourself folks ) members of the mothers meeting are aware also that i have been blocked , hence my post refering to the mothers meeting . Yeah i agree it is a good read , laugh a minute , especially the amount of responses there are , which as we all can see are very few , apart from the mothers meeting of course , oh and probably the posts that follow this one .

Tamand . I can only say how i see it as well , and i can assure you that i was blocked some months ago , i can assure you of that . Regarding your opinion of posts re T/B forum re not been allowed re ''slagging off '' well the one who is acting as a mod on there is capable of it without question , she obviously does not look at the rules , and calling some one a - - - - - is ok is it ? from a mod , well say no more on the subject . I will E-mail you though .

Pipie I am confused, please define mothers meeting. From what I could see Emma quoted me (thank you) and people then put their views across, including yourself. Greg was venting his frustration and it could have been put a little better and things should not get personal (that works both ways). However he does make some valid points. What Lynx are offering is no better than what Glencoe where offering in fact an arguement can be made that what lynx is offering is in fact worse. What lynx is saying is that they will only run the site if things go ok with the person who bought about 50 apartments, they will only run two pools and charge us more money. Now I will be honest and say that I have no problem with lynx, the figures they quoted make sense and they run a business not a charity, but mostly I would rather have 2 pools fully functioning than none. But I can understand Greg's point of view, how can some people accept one and not the other.

Rubberduck . We all can see if we click on to your posts that you are not impartial and probably on Greg's payroll , so will not respond to your inability to debate .

Pipie You already tried that one and as I told you before I am not 'on Greg's payroll' and you still don't answer the questions. Does everyone who disagrees with you or asks questions you don't like have an 'inability to debate'?

Pipie, it was announced at the meeting, the charges will work out about £63 a month, but you do not have to take my word for it, I suggest that you contact Lynx and clarify the costs with them. I have answered your question, please clarify mothers meeting and death threats. Death threats are a matter for the police, if Glencoe or some one on their site have made these threats then it should be reported to the police. If they have not made these threats and you are making it up, it will not do your credibility any good. You do make some valid points, but these points will be lost if you allow things to get personal.

Pipie, I think they are waiting to meet with the invester who owns about half the apartments, after that they will be emailing everyone, with the official figures. That is only if the meeting goes well with the invester, otherwise they will pull out. This is not heresay, as I spoke to them myself and that is what they told me, as is is not feasable to run the site if only 50% of the apartments are contributing.

Janey.m . Thanks for update . I Hope all goes ahead with Lynx , they sound such a professional company , and wise to get talking to investors before totally committing themselves . They appear to be thinking things out , and not in it for a quick buck so to speak , very forward thinking , from where i am standing they are doing all the correct measures and i appreciate that . Turquoise bay deserves some professionalism as it certainly has been lacking with all of the previous input , any way on wards and upwards hope we all hear something soon . Might be a good idea to continue this on starting another thread , as this is going off topic .

Hello Janey i hope you dont mind me asking but i am very worried about your message 21, it says that the new management company may pull out, it is my impression that the investor dosent own 50 of the apartments as i bought one of them myself and was told he only had about 15/16 to get rid of. you say you spoke to them yourself can you please give me the contact details on here or e-mail me at tommyanderson16@yahoo.co.uk, i need to know where i stand and have had no responses from anybody as yet

hello again janey, sorry i was just thinking was it possibly the apartments that are unsold and still belong to the owners or developers that the lynx want to know if they will be paying there must be near 40 to 50 of them, i think it might be that.

These bulleys do not know when to stop , some forums are certainly not for debate , only for dictate , take one in particular , not allowed to post direct ?????? and when a challenging person does post there post is tampered with , sick mods or what ???? SHOCKING !!!! These forums are quite noticable , no one is allowed to challenge , only sucking posts are allowed , laughable !!!
