Has anyone else noticed that when you top up another 10gb the service is alot quicker?

This is the 2nd time i have noticed this, It seems to get slower and slower unitil i top up another 10gb then after its not far off broardband speeds??

I think it depends on what time it is used definetely faster in the early morning and around 3 - 5 pm

Seems pretty consistant to me - just depends what time of day it is/
