Hi,



I have a 3 bedroomed, two bathroom villa in Alsancak. It has set in half a donum of grounds and has its own pool. It is just down the road from Sunny Lane school.

Unfortunatley it is being used until September, but after that it would be available for long term renting



Please let me know if it may be of interest.

i have a two bedroomed, three bathroom villa in Lapta, which sleeps upto 6 persons, it is by the Sempati Hotel, has its own pool 200 yards from the sea, five minute walk to catch the local buses. Short drive to Sunny Lane School, available from October. Email address margaret.hushon@kier.co.uk .

Hi I am extremely interested in your villa we have been living in lapta for 3 years and would like to move closer to Sunny Lane as our son goes to nursery there. Could you email mehe details, we have been hunting for a property for ages and yours sounds perfect.

We are about to buy a 3 bed villa with pool, sea views, mountain views and 10 mins walk to the sea in karsiyaka which will be readyin about 1 month.
