Hi, we are new board members and found the info interesting. We visited kavanlar phase 2 site in March and were encouraged to see things progressing. We met with Ilker and he garaunteed completion at the end of May this year. He passed on information about the maintainance company, MEPS, but no costing.

Hi High Priest We have bought on Phase 4. I know we are in for a a bit of a wait!! but looking at phase 1 it looks like it will be worth it. We haven't heard anything about mep but in the contract ,maintenace fees are quoted as 40.00 per month.

hi high priest not wishing to scare you off may this year ,but unless you obtain some divine intervention it will never happen . we are on phase1 ,the stage you were at in mrach when i also was over i have seen before ,lots still to do and them stages take a very long time . kavanlar will have learnt a lot from 1 sure enough but i would suggest not before end of year to be completed . on 3 occasions we were told its nearly ready ,book your flights be ready in 2 months and our final stages took 18months to complete and was over by same time . meps are ok as what we have seen ,we dont have a pool yet and no communal lighting or stair well lighting in blocks ,we have no shop as it wont now happen ,no security hut as it was never thought through (no toilets or wash for security) ,and this site is finished ?...so meps at £40 per month for atteneding grounds and mopping stairs ...is it great value ?....all in all its great build ,quality good and meps etc have been hit by no meters .......but is that the customers fault ?according to kibtek and builders yes. our contract on phase1 for meps is 1 year ,kavanlar keep trying to hint its 2,but can tell you we will vote for better service at right price next year

Hi Kewen Take a look at 'Kavankoy meps' through google. This appears to be the maintainance company for phase 1 and proposed company for phase 2. It's just good to look and picture the finished product.

Hi Kavenkoy If apartments are not sold on phase 1, who is paying that contribution to meps? Also have you got your pergola and bbq completed on the roof terrace or was that not in the contract? It has also puzzled me that the no. 1 block on phase 2 appears to be a long way behind the rest. Where was the shop supposed to be?

hi hp should have had slope roof ,and pergola and it got changed to flat roof because of water tank storage and solar power units .shop was supposed to go under what we call the bandstand ,great shade now for anybody wanting cover ....no power to that bit and we all though we could do communal area or bbq area. block1 is the owner of the land next door ,very lovely typical tc family ,very welcoming .that was the payment for the land ....

Take all completion estimates with a large pinch of salt, do not book fights in expectation of staying in your apartment. Book into the Almonds, Riverside or Sempati with car hire, sort out your water and electric meters yourself. Ring Ilker if you have problems. Be prepared to snag your apartment after electricity and water are connected not before. get your apartment keys as soon as possible, their are 3 sets, keep 2 and let Ilker have the 3rd set, he will probably loose them. MEPS maintenance charges cost £52.20 per month, £45 pcm plus 16% KDV (VAT) All apartments in Phase 1 are sold. See the Kavanlar site plan below. http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa219/Lemtich/room_674.jpg Lem

Sorry my mistake, I said 40 per month in my earlier post when it actually says 50.00 in the contract.
