For everyone's interest the Taj Mahal restaurant is moving to the old Light of Bengal premises and will be opening for business on Tuesday 1st September at 1930 - Open buffet for first night,

Nick it is in Lapta on the main road next door to Aydin Pharmacy. Heading West it is on the right hand side just before Starling.

=> Advertisers pay for this free website - I suppose an advertiser has to pay some Korush every time som board member clicks a page and the advertiser's ad shows. So the more times we use "restaurant" or "Indian" in our texts, the more Riaz (Jashan's) must pay. And the more customers Riaz hopes to welcome... And rightly so! Great Indian restaurant, Riaz!

I may not have made my point clear. I can see why you responded "so what".



My point was somewhat cynical, as a new Indian restaurant is recommended, IRONICALLY, Jashans' ad appears.



I have nothing against ads, nor Jashans.



If you had a heading such as " Koreans eat dogs in restaurants with Curry sauce" we all know whose ad will appear! This was the point I was making, so I can see why you took it the wrong way.

This has to be the best indian resturant in northern cyprus been a weekly customer since they opened. The staff are the most friendly and helpful ever and Jeff the owner can manage to please and feed 16 of us for a meal. The food is constantly truly amazing, theirs 10 of us going there for Tuesday night and we cannot wait, we all wish Jeff and his wife all the best for their new venture.



If you want any recommendations on what to have just ask.
