| Well judging from the TRNC villa owners board there are several in the NOT HAPPY category |

| Obviously we are in the "not happy" camp as we started the posting on TRNC Villa Owners about Lapis! Nice site and villa, but customer care is abysmal, to say the least, in our opinion and experience. But as stated in Lapis's statement, they have emailed all customers asking them not to post anything on these sites so not sure if you will get a response anyway, although some owners have still posted. It's quite simple. We just want them to stick to their contractual obligations. But there's always someone worse off than us. |

| If you are a genuine customer of Lapis then we're glad you're having a positive experience. Thanks for your postings and email to us. You stated in your email that you wanted us to share info about our experiences, but most of them are on the TRNC Villa Owners board, which you've seen.
All we want is for Lapis to stick to their contractual obligations.
