could you let me know where the vılla ıs sıtuated and ıf you would consıder a mınımum 4 month let wıth the optıon to extend. We are currently havıng our vılla buılt and although they say ıt wıll be ready ın approx 4 months we need the optıon to contınue ıf not all goes to plan.
We would pay the rent up front for the 4 months
