| Hi Guys We have just come back from Chelsey Village and were really taken by the site and the helpfullness of everyone there. Now we are are at the scary stage of deciding whether to go for it or not! We've spent ages reading the posts on this forum which have already answered many of our questions - and also raised a few we hadn't thought of, so many thanks. We were particularly interested in the threads regarding electric and meters but we guess it will be the same at other developments in North Cyprus. Comments about solicitors are also interesting, as many sites offering advice to would be buyers say not to go with the solicitors recommended by the site. Has anyone completed their sale and been very happy with their solicitors? Has anyone had any issues with regards to obtaining insurance cover on the properties ? Can you recommend any company in particular and do you have any ideas on costs ? As yet we haven't found much information about property insurance in North Cyprus. any advice is welcome Linda |

| Linda I dont know Chelsea Village but would advise that you only purchase a completed property which is connected to all amenities i.e.water and electricity. There are many bargains to be had at present, just ask yourself why are they bargains. There are many people who cant wait to sell up and get out. Property ownership is like owning a boat, you have 2 great days, the day you buy and the day you sell! Good luck. Martin |
