Hi everyone, does anyone know generaly what the cost of land is in trnc? From the scale of unobscured sea view in central area to a more remote area. I know it's not easy to judge based on this info but a ball park would do. Also can anyone remind me of how much land or how many plots you are allowed as a non resident? John.

John, There are strict rules for individuals buying property. Or are you specifically asking about land and not to build on it. i.e for investment. MC

Cheers guys, is it possible to have 3 plots (1 third of a donum each)? The reason why I ask is there is a plot of land in front of my villa which the developer owns. I'm a bit concerned that the views might be obstructed if he were to build on it. I would say it's around 1800m2. My plot is 700m2. John.

http://www.sizes.com/units/doumlnuumlm.htm According to this link 'the donum' varies in size, but for Cy is 1,337.8 m2 You can hold 2 donums between you and wife if you have different surnames.
