Wayne Rooney is pleased to announce that on Saturday evening he received his master diver certificate and will be offering free advice to divers in both the Kibris Turk Football Federation and while on a tour of Istanbul as an ambassador to the sport of diving he will provide a refresher course to members of the T.F.F

I believe that its called a PADDI certificate for divers may be because of his family Irish heritage that he gets an automatic pass

Cant blame Rooney really after learning from the head of diving worldwide Christabel Rollovando ,it was bound to rub off an now he has moved on to a bigger world stage to perform !!!!!!
