Help!!

I have found these Turkish Building standards that seems to mirror the uk type NHBC



various Standards ie the diameters of the reinforcing steels and the quality used in the concrete frames



and other that state quite clearly the Minimum strength the concrete should be



What i am having problems finding out is what checks are done during the build and who by the builders uncle?



It seems they do have Areas set up and there are it seems local governemnt offices but they have not yet it seems cottoned on to the fact that they can charge for each visit (but who over here in UK it is the builder) who pays as he cant get paid even stage payments without the stage being signed off



I myself do work in voids and snagging lists and know full well that untill the customer signs the satisfaction note monies are withheld.



As this is the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus would i be silly to think they all use the same building regs??
