| Looking for a furnished 3 bed villa between Bellapais and Karmi. This is urgent as I have a client who is looking now. If anyone has anything please can you email me details asap as we would probably view sat and sun. Anything upto £650 for the right villa. There is a possibilty of paying quartely in advance for the right property. |

| I would love to rent you our Turkish Title 4 bdrm / 3 bath / 10x6 swimming pool / ALL 'mod cons' - but, unfortunately, I am too scared to. There are far too many horror stories of people being unable to evict renters and being left with incredible damage and enormous utility bills, with no chance of compensation.
Please convince me otherwise and we may have a deal, as I need to go overseas for a period of time and the house will, otherwise, be standing empty. |

| Sorry, Tony, after due consideration I don't think it's worth the risk to rent.
Perhaps the relative law needs tightening up? |
