I went on Saturday and there was a band playing Turkish Rock, cant say I liked it very much and the drinks were a bit expensive too - 15tl for vodka + cherry

Yes, have been to the Turkish rock night and was def too heavy for us.

Wanted to avoid that again.

I dont really go to Nicosia much but if you go to Dereboyu or a Friday it is supposed to be good. Its a long street with bars, quite Turkish though. There is a place called Corner Pub which is always quite busy but it is more of a bar than a pub.



Here in Girne, you have Baragadi Bar in town, where the steps are that lead down to the Harbour. They play English pop/rock music. There is Cream Bar which is usually quite busy and they place house/dance

There is Shayna Beach Restaurant/Bar in Catalkoy.



Then you have the clubs such as Night Park in Kyrenia, Mansion in Catalkoy, Barcode, Ice, Escape in Alsancak.



If you enjoy Karaoke, then The Old Mill in Ozankoy on Fridays.

Sultana's of swing are on at The Fez, they are superb, and they change alot of songs each week. it is normally extremely busy.
