My friend has looked everywhere for an egg poacher (pan).I saw one in Debenhams (south) but was 40 EUROs!!

Anyone spied one anywhere?

you can find them even at Lemar i guess...or check nicosia for such shops like Arçelik,Toros in dereboyu ohh an if you know Öndershopping center on its way there is a small tefal shop...

Bankadan..just fill your frying pan with water and drop your eggs in they do just the same..

we always use small saucepan. Add two teaspoons of vinegar,malt,whte grape or red grape, doesn`t matter which. Also swirl water in sauce pan with wisk when boiling.this gives eggs a nice round shape.It keeps the egg white from spreading out.
