Recently we had this exchange on the old Cyprus List. A friend wrote:

To which I replied:



"Good point Souren. Actually electrical power is divided into two components, called "Active" and "Reactive" or "Real" and "Imaginary". So Real electricity is produced in the south and Imaginary in the north, kind of north and south poles. Well, it is true that the two sides are Poles apart but when they come together like in a motor, they can produce a rotation, much like a foreseen Rotational Presidency. So that is the situation of Cyprus in electrical terms "

Nice one Elko, a shame that daisy dukes is a little conFUSED at WATT you are refering to, maybe you should use your thread to GENERATE a bicommunal solution during the CURRENT talks and be elected and put in CHARGE of future developments!
