trying to trace a winner of a ballot held in town the name on the ticket is unreadable but we have the tele no 05338647669 if anyone can give me the name of this person i can forward the prize after we talk to him and validate the ticket no thanks call me on 05338384636

I presume you have not been able to reach this person. Try getting his/her name from Turkcell. They may give it to you if you show proof that s/he has won a prize.
