Hi all,

I know a few people from this forum asked questions to Naomi Memhet on the Lincguide website.

The answers are now on the website in two articles.

There is some great information on a range of topics including Property Taxes, problems with builders and residency options.

Just one small correction if I may: It is "Advocate" and not "advocat".

Or; all out to the local restaurant ordering avocado pears but the difference is negligible, cheaper but all will get eaten leaving a bitter stone in the mouth!

I had the common courtesy to read the Q&A section and replied, as invited, accordingly. Nothing negative about the image of your 'profession' or the inability of resolving undetermined legal matters by spending even more monies into/onto a justice platform that doesn't exist!
