two estates with the same name - resolution?

Hi Guys, I live at #7 New Harbour Villas, on a plot of 9 houses near the telecom mast at Bahceli.

Further up the road by a couple of K's and across is a nice shiny marble headstone indicating a private estate called 1-19 New Harbour Villas.

Note that this causes confusion to taxi and delivery drivers.

Note also, that our home-made sign painted on an old tile has been destroyed a couple of times by persons unknown.

I don't suppose it really matters as utilities like Kibtek use account numbers, however someday it might....I suppose we could always add "The Original:-" in front of our name on the next tile we paint!

Can anyone tell me if / where there is a central register held of project names so that we might see who is the pre-supposed usurper of our title?
