I know that the amnesty gives a 75% discount on the transfer tax for purchasers but is there still a discount on the builders tax or is it back to 6.25%?

I have just spoken to my noter who has spoken to one of the senior Land registry managers. They have not been officially told yet but expect to be told on Wednesday. Lets hope so anyway.
