A friend of ours who is over in Cyprus just now has heard that water rates for those people with pools are going to be increased, has anyone else heard about this or is it just another rumour.

It's not a rumour, ıt is actively been talked about.



When a conclusion is reached no doubt there will be no water left to worry about cost-per-ton.

Yes and dont forget Council Tax - its less if no pool but they just assume you have one ! Take your paper to the local beladiyesi and ask them to look at their computer.
