Hi



Im looking for a two or three bed villa to rent for minimum of six months but if the price is right a years rental is an option!

I dont really need a pool but a garden of any size is a must.

Preferably Lapta,Alcancak Karsiyaka.

Hi my friend has villa to rent 6 months or longer. It is in Karsiyaka, 3 bedrooms, fully furnished, has pool but can be drained if not required. Central heating and lovely sea and mountain views.

400 sterling per month. Water and electric to be paid by tenant, also pool maintenance if pool required.
