Basheer - you will find two insurers on our web site who could both help BUT you have to aproach it as though in the UK and if there is anything that is wrong with your wife etc they will not cover it if there is any chance of it being fraudulent or it being known or treatable prior to the insurance being taken out. http://www.flightholiday.co.uk I am surprised that your wife cannot extend the policy - the only reason that would normaly apply is if she has already gone over the maximum allowable time (depending on the insurer it could often be 60, 90 or 120 days on single trip). If your wife has a pre-existing condition the insureres may not cover her unless their medical screening accepts the liability. If I can assist call. Tom IAH Ltd 0871 855 2925

If you approach it as if in UK and have a subsequent claim you will find that you are not covered if they check. Most insurers will not insure if you have past the passport control in the UK. Do not know the best way out of this one if you cannot extend with the current company. For frequent travellers yearly policy is by far the best way to go. Col

Halifax cover you for 60 days away even if you plan for 61+ you are not discriminated against Just without cover after 60 days and the "Free" bank account ones will not cover on the 60 day + situation

Msg 7 - 14 do not answer the question - the best solution would be a simple extension if possible. One of the insurers might be able to assist but they need to be talked to. Also your home insurance might not be valid if you are away too long. Tom http://www.flightholiday.co.uk
