Marshall and a Sandtex mix should sort you out. The Sandtex will give you a textured finish which will give you a lot more resilient finish than just straight paint.

You need to paint the walls first with a sealer, its called set ester i think, it helps stick the paint to the surface..

Also make sure the paint has accrylic and silicone in it,gives the paint elasticity for the hot summer months.

The best paint available in TRNC is "Trimetal". It lasts much longer than others and when you wash it or when washed by rain the dirt flows off easily. I painbted the outside of my house 5 years ago and it still looks pretty good. Mind you, it was about twice more expensive than others but worth it.

I was in Marshalls a coupla days ago and some cove was buying exterior paint - same size big tub had 2 qualities and 2 prices - 120 and 199TL.

Homebase had a Dulux sale a coupla three months ago - I bought a big tub of 'WeatherShield' for about 40 notes.

Marshalls have a 3 tier pricing scale depending on paint quality. We went for the middle price Silicon Protect at about 65 quid for 15 litres. It cost a bit more for mixing colour to a Cream shade.

Just to let everybody know that the Trimetal brand of paint is in fact Dulux. It is made by and owned by the company who own Dulux.

It is exactly the same thing. The company Akzo Nobel have bought out ICI a couple of years ago.

Although Dulux should be coming to the North soon Trimetal is more than good enough I may even say better.
