pigeon problem- can anyone help

hi everyone, have got a problem and would be grateful for any suggestions as what to do. i have a ground floor apartment in kyrenia which is empty at the moment. the other people in other apt on ground floor have got pigeons in cages and have decided the best place for him to keep them is on my side on building and put right up against my apartment under my bathroom window. i have got someone i know in cyprus to ask politely to be moved but they have not done so. also the apt is up for sale so you can understand how frustrating this is. i hope there is a easy way to deal with this problem, befoer i run out of patince an poison the dirty flying rats

Get your mate to release them on a dark night. Shouldn't be in captivity anyway. I'll go round with some wire cutters if you tell me where it is.

I would move them underneath HIS apartment window, with a note in his language, that they are his birds, so he keeps them under his window - he has no right to put them underneath your window - pigeons, like all birds, carry disease - although you don't own the area outside your apartment, you are entitled to peace and quiet - you can't stop the birds making a noise, and it isn't their fault. You don't have to put up with this, I certainly wouldn't.
