I have noticed a large lump of pre 74 turkish title land for sale near bogaz it has 50% build permission and is said to be around 25-30 donums

It is far to large for 1 expat to buy out right.



I myself would be very interested in building a sustainable "Village" if it were possible



I think if it was decided to build on 1/2 a dondum each it would be possible to build a proper eco home cool in summer and warm in winter the "village would also have enough land to grow some of its own crops perhaps to suplement salad and veg



would it be possible to do this with say a company formed out of the folk who wished to buy the land as a company?

with Kibosolars help we should be able to build eco bungalows and villas but i am not 100% sure about individal swimming pools due to the energy they use



I am intersted in being self sufficent and producing all the "village" energy needs from within are there any other like minded souls?
