| I purchased my traditional village leasehold cottage 10 years ago. The cottage is located high in the hills of the tranquil, peaceful village of Baspinar (Lapta). The lease is renewed annually without any problem by the government at a cost of approx £350 per annum. The unfurnished cottage consists of a small kitchen, bathroom, salon complete with woodburning stove on the upper floor , 2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor. The cottage has a fully planted and maintained courtyard garden.
Interior decoration and modernisation required. Mains electric/water connected. Viewings can be arranged immediately.

| The lease is renewable annually every October, this is not a fixed term lease like you may be familiar with in the UK. The government intimated last year that they are considering offering a Kocan on the property as there are only about 4 of these type of leases for foreigners in the country. |
