Villa on small development across ravine in Incesu. 3 bed possible 4 if dont want tv/computer/study. (1 bed en suite,second bathroom and another shower room downstairs) White goods are included. CH installed. A/Cs all rooms. Maturish garden with fruit trees etc. 8x4 pool (at present drained) Would consider a year lease to begin with. Renter pays water, electricity and if wants ch gets in gas, and logs for fire!!! Discussion on rental terms if interested off board. Great views across trees to sea, and hills to one side.

This property is still for rent, but the road/track to it has got so bad with the rain channelling down it, that it is almost impassable and we need to get the Belidye to come and look and scrape or something to make it safer and passable again. Saw them in September and they were going to do it then! Still waiting, still going in and asking!
