| Anyone know where I can buy a large traditional wicker basket?
Would like to purchase one for storing our winter logs in by the fireplace.

| I have bought baskets from the shop in Edremit and also the covered bazaar in Lefkosa. The Edremit ones are a bit nicer I think but more expensive. You also get a better choice there. |

| There's an old half shaved TC who wanders around Girne Town centre selling the fruit & veg 2/3 tier wicker baskets which he makes himself, find him and I'm sure he'll make you one to your requirements. The best I can advise in finding him is to ask at 'Windows' bar, opposite the Belediyesi.

| Coming from Girne it is a turning on the left, in the centre of Kara'lou. I am sure signposted to Edremit. Follow the road up and it is on the left handside, you can't miss it. They have an excellent selection of baskets, as others have said. |
