Hi all, regarding our dispute with Lapis Development, in Dec 2008 we signed a protocol agreement with Lapis. After the terms of the protocol were carried out, we agreed to post the following statement: "We have settled all our differences with Lapis Development and/or Gravel Development ltd and we have received the title deeds."



Due to the terms of the protocol we can't make any further comments on the internet about this matter. If anyone has any property problems, please contact the HBPG http://www.hbpg-trnc.net/ or attend their weekly surgeries at Pia Bella on Tues 12-3pm.
