Hello, board members! This morning I sat in the middle of this dangerous road between Alsancak and Lapta and I was terrified. The traffic from both sides - I didn't dare to move! Yeah, really, again, it was in front of Guido's Bistro. Luckily Guido's Liz was walking another dog and she saw me. She took me in (I got water and food, thanks Liz!) and I slept for some hours. So, yes, I'm now looking for a home. I'm possibly a black pointer with a white front (I myself think I'm a beautiful male!) and about two months old. If you want me as your friend for life I'll consider the options... Temporarily they call me "Lucky".

Oh Hans he looks so sad in the picture. Thank you again. Anybody please take me.He was quite settled after another bowl of pasta. We think he is about 2 months old and he is very cute. Would make a delightful pet xx

I can't bear to keep reading about these poor animals - the little one at the top of this thread looks so desperately in need of a cuddle and a new human to love - this is so sad - thanks goodness for kind folk like Lilli giving this sweet splendid chap a soft bed and a bowl or three of kindness........



What IS the solution?



After my daughter's pup was poisoned in Alsanjac last year - the rivers of tears, broken hearts and deeply moving burial - no more dogs in our family until some inroads are made into the feral, abandoned, poisoning dogs situation in TRNC......

I cannot believe that Liz has been dumped with another dog. Is there a sign from lapta to girne that says 'dogs stop here Liz is a mug and she will feed you"

he is well settled. Would not walk on a lead but he is so young so we put up with the mess. Eating well and drinking well. pees for ever. Tomorrow he is at the vets as we beleive he has worms. He wilol be fine and homed as soon as i can xxxxxxxxxxx
