Hi April & Mermaid when people ask for a recommendation they mean a customer recommendation from someone who can vouch for the service given. Of course you would recommend yourselves wouldn't you?

Sunbeams manage my neighbours places in my road. 6 at the last count. They are all very happy with the service.Rent is collected and paid on time.Any problems in the appts/houses are dealt with professionally. Neighbours recommended to each other. No complaints so far from landlords or tenants that I know of.

I have to completely disagree with April - msg 2 - you used to work there so you would recommend them. If they are so great why did they let our tennant leave our apartment leaving us with unpaid bills and damaged / missing furniture - it wouldnt have been so bad if they hadnt given the deposit back as well. And apparently according to North Shore the contracts they issue are not to do with them they are between landlord and tennant, so can do nothing to assist with problems. We also paid North Shore a monthly fee for this pleasure. Unless you want to be out of pocket I wouldnt bother them.

I have a few properties and used a few agents, the best by far are Sunbeams. Abdul is a really nice guy very helpfull, knows the TRNC and tells you as it is.

In terms of property management if it needs sorting he sorts it, e-mails if their is a problem or just does it and then e-mails you
