I have a villa situated on the seafront in Lapta (near the Semapti hotel). I can rent it out with or without furniture. There is no swimming pool. It needs some decorating and the gardens need to be cleaned. I am willing to let it for £300 pcm. I am also willing to allow a period of half-rent for 4 months to allow a tenant to paint and clean the villa.
