Separate kitchen, lounge and bathroom on first floor, 3 bedrooms and toilet on ground floor. Extremely large dry storage area below villa. Large terraces and roof terrace. Car parking and landline telephone. Viewing of the inside of the villa at this time not possible, until after the 14th November, external viewings at this time only. Rent will be in the region of £350 pm ex pool maintenance for a min 1 year lease (2 years may be possible). |

| Viewings can now be arranged for this villa. The villa if you wish to have a drive past first, is located about 500 metres past the Lapta belediye office which will be on your right side. It is the first white double storey villa on the right with a stone wall at the front. In looks a little like a castle. |

| Villa stll available but rent been reduced by owner to £325pm exl pool maintenance. Do the pool yourself and save a fortune on charges. I can give you a quick lesson if required. |

| James which apartment as this advert is for a villa. I do have an apartment in Lapta but again it is unfurnished for £250pm inc maintenance fees.
