I have a fully furnished 3 bedroom villa available for a short term let of up to 5 months from November. The villa is in Ozankoy just outside the village, near Erols bar. The villa has a swimming pool and sits on large gardens of 2 donums and is very private. I am not moving out until end of March/April and would prefer to have the villa used than left empty. The pool and garden maintenance is all paid for so I am just looking for offers. You will of course be responsible for all utility bills.
