RE msg 1, japeal: Please try to send a couple of emails again asap*. If the problem has disappeared BUT COMES BACK: the cause is PROBABLY a virus, no matter how good your anti-virus tools are. The second most likely reason for a CBL (Composite Blocking List) listing affecting legitimate email is an open proxy or spam sending trojan (or "bot").

If this IP address is your personal computer (or was your personal computer at the time of the detection above), you must carefully check your machine for viruses, adware, open proxies and trojans and remove them.

* I have delisted your IP address (212.174.240.128). Good luck! Add a post here if your problem reoccurs.

If you're blocked again: check for a virus or a Trojan, as suggested on the CBL site.

I found this about the reported error (0x800CCC60 - your msg # 1) http://forums.techguy.org/web-email/207112-0x800ccc60-smtp_response_error.html : (...) You have entered your SMTP servers wrong. You may not also be able to send mails, although you can receive them alright.

In Outlook Express, you can change them in Accounts. Go to Tools > Accounts > Mail. Select the particular account that is giving you the error and click on Properties. Go to Servers and enter the correct SMTP servers. Cross check with your ISP/Mail Service Provider about the current and correct SMTP servers.

You may also need to put a tick mark next to "My server requires authentication" on the same screen. Click on settings and specify them there as well. Most probably they will be same as incoming mail server. (...)

This helped someone out there - it may help you, I hope.

You may also need to go into 'more sttings', 'advanced' and check that your outgoing port is 465 and the encryption box is ticked. Good luck

Thanks to all appears to be ok now special thanks to Dutch.

I went to Digital Supreme, from their office all emails went, getting back home still blocked.

Went to google.com and typed in what is my ip address, from there I was able see over 50 servers one of which showed a block in turkey, delisted it now appears ok however a couple of old emails are saying sent but still in outbox, will ring contacts and see if they got them.
