House Insurance Due- Any Recommendations please?

We have received an e-mail saying that our house insurance is due. We have been quoted £115 ( Re-build cost of 37,350 pounds and contents valued at 5000 pounds).



Is this a good deal or do you know where we may get a better price ?

Not sure if this is too late and you've already sorted insurance, but if you tell me the sq metre of your home then I can get a quote for you. Do you have a pool if so what size is it? Also did that quote include 'Glass damage'?

Andy - from a man with 30 years Uk experience in the UK - i would say that most of the policies i have seen here have more holes than Swiss cheese and a lot of the folk selling them haven't got a clue of what they are selling....



People who are making reccomendations are unlikely to have read what they have bought, so i'd take the reccomendations with a pinch of salt....



My professional opinion would be to go to "Full Marks" next to the petrol station in Karakum - their policies bear some similarity to the ones issued in the Uk and the bloke that runs the place has more experience than anyone over here...
