Please bring a water sample into our shop if you are still having problems. I will say that 2 hours a day isn't enough pump run-time.

in 2 hrs you cant get the "dead algae" out.. leave it on and on and on.. I would go 2 x 10 hrs at least.. (give the pump a little break inbetween you never know what they do...

Tatty. im still curious as to who you are?

i havent received a phone call from you with regards to your pool?

i take it that you look after your own swimming pool, as we do not maintain any pools as yet.

when you posted another thread regarding a cloudy pool,i asked if you could give me a call,i still havent had a call from you so we could possibly help you with your problem.

http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/24129.asp

if i would of give you advise i would of told you that you would need to run your pump for at least 6 to 8 hours to circulate the chemical you added,2 hours is just not long enough.

Also i havent been out to see any problem pools last week or this weekend.

if you look at my profile here, youll see my phone number.please give me a call,im sure we can help you.

Zerochlor does not make pools green or cloudy.

Zerochlor

I know that your product does not cause pools to go green or cloudy. It was explained to me about the alkilinity and this is the cause of why my pool went cloudy and green.I called in your shop on Friday and you asked your friend to pop in and check out my pool which he very kindly did and advised me how to sort the pool out thanks for that.
