On Saturday the 3rd May at 10:00 Marian Stokes and Mike Bezzant will be appearing live on Kanal T to discuss the problems being experienced by foreign property investors and to appeal for help and support from the government and local community.

This is an extract from an e-mail received from the show's presenter Saffet Soykal:

I’ll make an introduction for the benefit of Turkish Speaking viewers,

I‘ll be able to put you many questions, which I will ask you answer in short,

I’ll allow any other affected homebuyers to make calls with short questions or make complaints,

In spite of the grudge most of you rightly have for the treatment you have had we will discuss them with your valuable help. It goes without saying that during the live programme politeness is outmost importance.

As I’ll have to make short translations for the benefit of those who don’t know English well we will use a complete hour of live programme.

Could be explosive stuff despite the request for politeness. Is it possible to record this program for the benefit of those living here in UK who cannot obviously see it and may find the content invaluable. Perhaps extracts could be downloaded to this board????

hi little nige



i hope marian gives them hell on the kibtek saga ,no meters etc etc .



paid for mine last august and still no joy ,coming out in 5 weeks and starting to twitch a bit .



i also here they have put the price of the "come on down tariff " you can get connected for flat fee of 150ytl now per month ,up from 120 ytl



any news or gossip when meters are due ,apart from next month next month(kibtek talk)
