My wife and three friend are going to arrange a holiday for around March / April next year and would like some suggestions as to some nice cities where four ladies could go for a week. They would like somewhere not too hot,not to cold and where they would feel safe and of course not too expensive. The reason I said not Turkey is because they have been to Istanbul and various other places in Turkey. Please try to keep this on thread with serious suggestions. Thanks for any help.

You can get some real bargains to Eygpt at the moment. I saw an all inclusive 4 star hotel - 7 nights (plus flights) for under £700 which also included 3 excursions!!

Like adagirl, Egypt Red Sea. Quality ,4 star means at least that ,and treatment 5 star. They really want you to come back. All inclusive is good value and is nothing like all inclusive as we think on it. There is no difference in quality tween all inclusive and non.Its just for people who like to pay up front.

Venice - speaks for itself really. Breathtaking architecture, art galleries, wonderful food. Barcelona - lots to see and do, wonderful food. Naples - again architecture, museums etc. You can take a hydrofoil to nearby Capri or Ischia. Wonderful food. Do you see a pattern emerging with regard to food!!!
