Last Sunday we went to Hotel Lapida in Lapta for the first time it was a holiday maker that raved about it to us. It was fantastic and that is something coming from me as I am BBQ'd out. His mum Mary does the cooking and uses all the herbs from the garden. Lovely tranquil setting out the back in the gardens. They also do a chicken dish much like Kleftico which you have to order in advance and I have it on good authority that this is wonderful, so going there on Monday night to try it with friends.
