| Called at Starling yesterday and was surprised to see several clean and fresh carpets hanging out to dry by the carwash there, do they really clean carpets or am I missing something here. |

| Has anybody had a proper turkish woollen rug cleaned there at all???? - I had 3 expensive rugs cleaned supposedly professionally by Eton Laundry on the Karaoglanolu industrial estate. When I got them back 2 of them had colours running into each other and the other one still smells musky. I need to get the musky one cleaned again as it still smells funny and dont want to ruin it - any suggestions????? |

| Queen180 I worked out in Azerbaijan and the modus operandi for cleaning 'rugs/carpets/mats' was to remove the said item to the street, hose down with cold water and use a stiff yard broom/brush to remove the dirt. It certainly worked and I would be wary of car cleaners using pressure washing machines. But of course it depends on the quality of the woven material. AJ |

| We took our rugs to the car-wash at Ozonkay near the Old Mill and they came back good as new. They were of good quality and I had tried to remove some stains without success but they managed and we were well pleased with the result, I think it was about 15 ytl. for each I guess it depends on size.
