I have a bungalow in Karsiyaka i would be willing to rent for 6-8 months from 1st November.

Built by Imperial Construction to a very high standard







It is on the sea side of the road about 200m from the sea and has lovely sea and mountain views.







It has 3 large bedrooms 2 bathrooms, AC units and ceiling fans in every room,lounge,dining room and fitted kitchen,furnished to the highest standard. Satelight TV,DVD,playstation,Ipod docking station.







Outside it has a massive terrace,kitchen/bar,BBQ area,shower,store room and parking for up to 6 cars,an 8x4 swimming pool and a well established garden.It is also wheelchair friendly with a ramp to the rear and extra wide internal doors.
