normally in the uk we will all have various checks to make sure everything is running efficiently and these may be covered by our insurance policies.



we are just offering a similar service where there may be no guarantee or warrenty in place. Winter is coming and with it can come plumbing problems. if your system is a few years old and has had no attention it may be running less efficiently.

What qualifications do you have to carry-out a central heating check-up? I am thinking along the lines of CORGI or its equivalent. There is the safety issue to be taken into account as well as efficiency when servicing a boiler.

The CH surveys are undertaken by a fully qualified and experienced central heating engineer/plumber - certificates and qualifications can be checked if required, these all conform with TRNC regulations. This offer is made by a fully registered TRNC Company with premises in Karakum and Alsancak. Annual maintenance contracts for central heating are also available, similar to those offered by British Gas. LPG tanks and connections can be fitted for those with pipework in place or full central heating systems can be quoted for.
