We tried out Sinya restaurant over the weekend. The decor etc is very good. The menu is Turkish - mostly mesa & kebabs or fish, but with a few different items. The mesa was fine. I had sac kavurma, which was very tasty & made a nice change. Large portions. Prices are reasonable (very slightly more than Yaman in Tatlisu).



Would definitely recommend it.



It is run by Yusuf who used to work for Tatlisu Beledeyesi & speaks good English. They also have a few log cabins to let out.



It is on the main road near the Joya turning.

Just to clarify position, is it same side as Joya and beyond it going towards Tatlisu?

Just right by the Joya turning on the same side. It does now have a sign. I agree food nice and Yusuf is lovely to his customers.

Have Been 2 Sinya twice recently and was very impressed with their food and service and was also reasonably priced.



They have a variety of Cypriot and Turkish specialities some of which are not common on most restaurant menus which you preorder as well as the usual Kebabs and mezes etc. They also have a large selection of vegetarian dishes as well.



In winter they are only open by booking/ appointment preferably a day in advance when you can select any of the speciality dishes.



They have also built a few very nice accommodation bungalows which will be available shortly.

Overall a very good local restaurant worthy of support.
