I decided to help my daughter buy a villa for herself not far from Girne. Ozankoy would be ideal. I have one on hold and must decide by this Friday. Prefer one without a pool but no problem. Payment will be in cash or bank transfer as you please.

They have a shortlist of two at the moment and I am waiting for another call. Whatever will be will be on Friday. We set ourselves a final date as 30th October to make up our minds. We will see.

Thanks everyone for suggestions above and also numerous e.mails. Finally we decided on a Villa at Catalkoy direct from the owner and we shook hands. The rest is easy.
