Help Needed to override User name on lap top

Hi I have just sold my Granddaughters Lap top to Guido that was fine but because my granddaughter is on Holiday in Singapore we cant get her password, and as she has changed it so many times not sure if she will remember when she gets back as she left it here a year ago..

Is there someone who can let me or Guido know how to override this and maybe put another user name in so that he can use his lap top

any info would help. as they are busy people they haven't got time to take it to a Computer shop

????Kibris I dont know a lot about lap tops it is xp windows but Guido has it now, but I am stuck as I cant get hold of anyone who can help get the password, it would be of help if you knew how
