| Are Kofali still in business, or is it another rumour they are no longer, I was told recently of an unfinished villa in Karsiyaka going for a song due to no cash flow and was told they were no longer a going concern. Probably rubbish, surprised if this is so though. |

| If you intend living here then yes you do have to apply for temp residency, some go south to renew their visa before the 3 months is up but this rug could be pulled out from under you. If you rent a property then you have to have a rental contract and show this at police station when you apply. |
