I have just had a phone call from someone driving past Guido's to say that their dog Max was walking around on the opposite side of the road with his chain dangling behind him, so he must have got loose, tried ringing Liz but no answer anyone nearby can catch hold of him Please, not sure what to do.

Had to post to ask for help

Sheila

We're not too far away from Guido's (I suddenly remember where it is located...) and Trix is going to have a look, catch bl**dy Max if he's still there and deliver him where he belongs.

Good news for all "Max fans": my wife found him and has put him in the shed (and locked the door). I'll text Liz to make sure she or Guido will find him there when they are back in the restaurant.

Max must be the reincarnation of Steve McQueen as he seems to be able escape at will. Glad to hear he is back and safe.

He was very sheepish on his walk tonight. Im so very surprised at him as he never ever wonders from the front of the restaurant. Its a bad time for him as when he goes down to his home for a couple of hours in the afternoon we do leave the door open with his lead tied but builders are tarmacing outside so he may have got scared. My guess was he didnt have his 3 oclock steak or me there so went looking. Or they untied him anyway I know he would have come back but wished he didnt go on that road. Alls well now xxxxxxx
