We have a liner pool. We are concerned about all the debris which will occur in winter while we are away. Does any one know if we purchased a pool cover to cover the pool would it be alright if left over the winter period. Would we still have to have the pump running at intervals. would it still have to be cleaned

I cover my pool for the winter, don't do anything with it regards turning on the pump, just needs a good clean over 2 weeks or so to get it ready for use again.

How long should we leave the pump running in the winter months, we have no cover on the pool.

We never cover our pool, keep the pump to a minimum in the Winter
